Please read the following carefully.

Please note 2 to 3 days delivery is for items in stock, for items not in stock please allow 28 days 

Ordering:
You can place an order with us by any of the methods set out on the Order page.
All orders will be acknowledged upon receipt. All orders are processed in strict rotation.

All products are offered subject to availability. We will contact you, either in writing, e-mail or by telephone, if for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to deliver part or all of your order at the time specified by you or ourselves.

  Prices:
All our prices are correct at time of going to press. However we reserve the right to alter these prices without prior warning, if circumstances cause us to. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. However for accounting reasons all acknowledgements and invoices will show a price not inclusive of VAT with the Vat listed as a separate figure. When added together these will become the list price.

Collection:
You may collect your order from Acorn Belts and Buckles to avoid any carriage charges. Please indicate your intention to do so on your order. We will then contact you at the appropriate time to arrange a mutually convenient date for collection.
PLEASE DO NOT JUST ARRIVE AND EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE READY

Non-collection:
If an order is not collected in the arranged day, we reserve the right to despatch the order by carrier after 48 hour waiting period and charge all carriage costs to the customer.

Despatch:

We are unable to specify particular times for delivery. Please note that once the goods have left our premises we cannot accept no responsibility for any delay caused by the carrier company, we will however, endeavour to help resolve any problems should they arise.

Carriage Charges:

Goods will be delivered by Royal Post

UK:- For the first two items purchased the carriage will cost £1.00 per item, thereafter the carriage for each item will cost 50p

Rest of EUROPE:- For the first two items purchased the carriage will cost £1.50 per item, thereafter the carriage for each item will cost £1.00

USA:- For the first two items purchased the carriage will cost £1.75 per item, thereafter the carriage for each item will cost £1.25
